Accumulating Your Cash Back
- Present your loyalty card to your waitron on presentation of your bill:
- You may accumulate points for every purchase made at any Cuba Lounge restaurant.
- Your waitron will swipe your card or use your OTP on your app, through the point of sale system, and present you with a printed receipt that will verify your transaction.
- Once you have accumulated points you may then redeem those points on any future purchase at any Cuba Lounge (Stadium or Gateway) restaurant.
Understanding your loyalty points
- Every time you visit us and swipe your card on the app, you will receive 5% cash back loaded onto your loyalty in points.
- 1 point = 1c / Total points divided by 100 will give you the rand value.

Redeeming Your Cash Back
- Cash back is redeemable 48 hours after accumulating points.
- Provide your card to your waitron and advise how much cash back you wish to redeem against your transaction.
- Your waitron will swipe your card through the point of sale and present you with a printed receipt that will verify your transaction.
